This aspect forms a part of successful organization, identity, and how are they identified. Despite this, organizational acts are often discussed as important. What other detractors fail to realize is that, without vision or goals in an organization unlike no successful organization will happen which research suggests the values to the economy. It can be shared it with other organization, can shape the way organization operates for the sake of operating to the future. To give motivation and good wellbeing internally in an organization. Contributions tangible benefits to the economy which it cannot be replicated.
This report aims to build understanding of organizational environment as positioned above, through characterization of organization environment. The purpose of this report is to identify characteristic of the organization climate or culture, to enhance models and tools for a successful organization. It offers seminal perspectives into the economy by providing another dimension to our understanding of organizations.
This research draws attention to the conceptual and theoretical development of a framework to underpin the organizational modelling to achieve a specific target in the organization. This theoretical development was informed by a literature review and specific Head of Departments interviews which allowed the research to develop a central organizational aspect.
This report has traversed process to identify characteristics of organizational culture; attempting varies models; explored tools that may be used to support the organization to be more succeed as well as the economy. A few preliminary steps need to be worked through before choosing an approach for further development in understanding the organizational environment.

This paper examines certain research to intend and adjust the understanding of organizational environment.
Organizational Facts to EmployeesConcerning of how the organizational goals communicates with the employees is by having alternatives concerning with the organizations goal, by setting the outcome or the target to be reached or achieved within an organization, employees works towards what is being set by the organization and follow every possible pathway to achieve this organizations goal. If theirs no goals or target set in an organization or company theirs no ambition to achieve and don’t know where the business is leading and somehow relates to the co-workers and employees because they do not understand what they are doing and understand what their own function are and specialize area. Communication in an organization is pivotal for any organization goals or policy which are programs to succeed. There are ways of communication which is through Channels and Top-down communication. Channels refers to holding meetings and technology improvements which build an organizational culture, which ensures the wellbeing of the organization especially on developing successful team. Top-down comes from the hierarchy of managers from C level – Executives and Senior Leadership going down to employees. Management makes the employees to be aware of their accessibility and leading program and ideas.
Communication vision describe the achievements and states what the organization wants to accomplish in the future. A vision must be shared to do what it is meant to do which is about inspire, clarify and concentration. Part of your job as a Leader is to generate commitment to your organizations vision. To do this, you must communicate the vision in a way that matters to people. You need to convince the people in the organization to believe the vision and work towards it and pass it on to others with this, be excited and proud to deliver your organizations vision, by doing this, you are letting people know what a promising future you and your organization have and don’t forget to have fun.
Managing communication with stakeholders is a critical task that a project manager need to create and manage to a specific communication plan. This exist presented by meetings, newsletter, email, posters, conference call. Their all also informal methods to be practice in communicating with stakeholders, this is important mainly not to rely on formal channels only but to utilize informal communication. The impromptu channels often rich in information for relationship building and somehow may be critical as well for example, hallway conversation, bathroom conversation, lunch meetings, drinks at bar, sport event, voice mail and so on.

The communication climate refers to the tone of the relationship as expressed by the verbal and non-verbal messages between people. The communication climate is created when people feel they valued. A positive communication climate is created when people feel they are valued. In a positive communication climate people interact confidently and courteously. Their relationships are built on openness, honesty and trust which comes from the goodwill they feel towards one another. People are willing to speak with others, to listen carefully, ask questions and offer feedback. Information and ideas are conveyed accurately. A negative communication climate is created when the contribution of individuals is not appreciated. A negative climate makes it difficult for people to get and give information and to act, because it is hard to communicate. People feel uncomfortable and not willing to interact. Consequently, they are less willing to ask questions, or offer ideas and feedback, and more inclined to wait and see what happens. The accuracy of the information declines and interpersonal relationships are less effective in a negative communication climate.
In organizations, innovation occurs as knowledge and experience are applied to generate new products and services, new insights into competitive advantages, and new systems, processes, and ways of conducting business. Innovation can be manifested in new organizational structures, such as modular offices, virtual teams, matrices, and flattened hierarchies. Organizational innovation requires a cultural orientation attuned to anticipating trends, generating and evaluating ideas, communicating solutions, and leadership dedicated to promoting, executing and sustaining initiatives. This series is designed to explore the many facets of change and innovation in organizations, with an emphasis on how people interact to effect changes, rather than on the technological or macroeconomic aspects. A more complete definition is: E-commerce is the use of electronic communications and digital information processing technology in business transactions to create, transform, and redefine relationships for value creation between or among organization, and between organizations and individuals.
A virtual organization is also known as digital organization, network organization or modular organization. Simply speaking, virtual organization is a network of cooperation made possibly by, what is called ICT, i.e. information and Communication Technology, which is flexible and comes to meet the dynamics of the market. Alternatives speaking, the virtual organization is a social network in which all the horizontal and vertical boundaries are removed. In this sense, it is a boundary less organization. It consists of individual’s working out of physically dispersed work places, or even individuals working from mobile devices and not tied to any workspace. The ICT is the backbone of virtual organization. It is the ICT that coordinates the activities, combines the workers’ skills and resources with an objective to achieve the common goals set by a virtual organization. Managers in these organization coordinates and control external relations with the help of computer network links. Virtual organization has certain characteristics for like Dynamic, Goal orientation, customer orientation, home-work, sharing of information and so on. Depending on the degree of virtuosity, virtual organizations can be classified into three broad types which are: Telecommuter which concern about employers working from home. Completely virtual, which this refers to companies without walls that are tightly linked to a large network of distributors and customers. Outsourcing employees, this points out to the companies are characterized by the outsourcing of most core competencies which core areas for outsourcing are marketing and sales, human resources, finance, research and development and so on. In such case, virtual organization does its own on one or two core areas of competence but with excellence for like the Nike products.
Knowledge managements is the process through which organizations generate value by gathering organizing and sharing their intellectual and knowledge-based assets. It encompasses the range of practices used by organizations to identify and distribute knowledge for reuse, awareness and learning across the organization. Effective knowledge-management practices supply the right information to the right people at the right time. The creation, management and use of knowledge is an essential part of decision making-process undertaken by employees at every level in an organization, including managers and leaders, supervisors, newly appointed and experienced staff.
Difference between data information and knowledge in an organization is because data information simply implies messages to a more meaningful information in facts it turns organizations to create knowledge. With knowledge is concerning about having the fair idea in which the data information is delivered like having an understanding of what documents are given.
Tacit knowledge is a knowledge carried out by people in their minds which is difficult to access however explicit knowledge refers to the knowledge that has been expressed and somehow can be easily delivered to others. Tacit can be difficult to demonstrate in an organization because it is known only by one person, for many occasion people don’t know they have tacit knowledge and can be surrounded in a culture of an organization. Barriers to explicit knowledge is not articulated in procedures and manuals as well as electronic documents.
Technologies for Organizations. Technology transforming business communication over recent years however modern times information are mainly obtained from radio, messenger and newspaper. Well these sources are quite limited in terms of working domestically. In facts these modern traditional media of communication are still being used at present time obligation, the social media world is quietly emerged as a new and more effective way of information to be delivered. With this is no longer one way round but two ways now in which first is the practicing of newsletter or newspaper to provide news and messages to the public which we don’t forget theirs no feedbacks. In two-way communication, it varies diverse ways to provide news to the public like Facebook, people can acquire information as well as conveying their own comments at the same time well we consider as feedbacks. This can make a difference in social impacts because it effectively facilitates exchanges and interactions among people and thus contributes to making information flows more globalized and influential in the real world.

I strongly believe that the environment of organizational culture has diverse roles for the continuity and operating of the organization to the foreseeable future as for this report it demonstrates the links between organizational goals and policies, culture to everyone in order to achieve the goals or target of the organization is to provide links between employees and the vision and goals that is being set by the organization. Hence the purpose of information flowing throughout the organization mainly every organization has a hierarchy of managers from top managers to bottom managers with the relegation of information from one part to another in terms of department and other divisions and somehow to be cautious of how information should be progressed to the right division. Recommendation. This report has explored diverse aspects of organizational environment which my thought is that the organization should stay on strictly looking for innovation for minimizing thy problems for like keeping in track with the vision and ambition of the organization and knowing the right person or department your specialized to with knowing the hierarchy and to be followed from top managers to bottom managers and however the demonstration of improvements in communication the Facebook to be supported for the success of the business and succeed.
