The female feline’s reproductive system comprises of the female genital organs including the ovaries, uterus, vagina, vulva, and mammary organs. The reproductive organs of a female feline are located in the stomach area, and the mammary organs are located in two lines along the outside of the mid-region, running from the crotch to the chest. The right and left ovaries are found simply behind the kidneys. The ovaries are associated with the uterus by little ducts called oviducts. The uterus reaches out from the region behind the ovary to the back of the stomach area in front of the pelvis. The uterus ends at the cervix, which separates the uterus from the vagina. The vagina goes through the pelvis to the vulva, which is the outside opening of the genital section.
