Thirty three of normal male from Swiss albino mice at 9 weeks of age and body weight 41-49 gm were the targets for this experimental study. These mice were separated into three groups (11 mice/group). The first group was kept as a control and was not subjected to radiation of the laser, while rests of the groups were exposed to laser beam. The presented research was to find the possible influence of soft laser on the cellular inside of the normal thymus’s mice gland. The outcomes of this study show the how laser marked changes in the cellular contents of the thymus gland mainly the thymocytes which rose bulk of the thymocytes and multiplied of the cellular nuclei. This big difference in the means of the thymus gland thymocytes of the second group of mice exposed to laser, but the mentioned alterations were more plentiful in the thymocytes construction of the thymus glands to the last set of mice irradiated with laser.
